By registering as a vendor on VISTA Mall, you agree to the following fees and terms:

1. Vendor Fees

• Registration Fee: Free — no upfront cost to open your online shop.

• Commission per Sale:

  • General products: 5–10% commission (depending on category)

  • Electronics: 3–5%

  • Fashion & beauty: 8–10%

  • Groceries & perishables: 3–5%

• Payouts: Vendors receive payments within 7–14 days after order delivery, minus commission.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and stock levels.

• Ensure timely order processing and delivery.

• Handle customer inquiries and returns quickly and professionally.

• Comply with all applicable laws, including product quality and safety.

3. Prohibited Products

Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, or banned products. Any violation may lead to account suspension or removal.

4. Account Termination

VISTA Mall reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:

• Poor performance (delays, cancellations, customer complaints)

• Breach of policies or terms

• Sale of prohibited or fraudulent items

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as needed. Vendors will be notified of major changes via email or dashboard alerts.
