Training Schedule

We offer flexible learning options both on-campus and online, with two daily sessions:

  • Morning Session: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Evening Session: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    Monday to Friday
    Friday is reserved for weekly assessments.

How to Apply

Submit your application by completing our online admissions form and uploading the following
documents:

  • Secondary School Certificate (A2)
  • Transcripts from secondary school
  • National ID or Passport
  • Any other relevant certificates
  • Applicants must have basic English skills and knowledge of geography or mathematics
    (depending on the course). After submission, our admissions team will contact you for the next
    steps, including a possible entry exam.
    Registration Fee & Payment Info
  • Registration Fee: RWF 50,000
    This fee secures your spot and allows us to process your application. Certificate fees
    are communicated later or included in tuition.
